About Us

We are an old fashioned family-owned butcher shop that has been open since 1984 providing fresh cut, quality meat; as well as a variety of deli meats and cheeses. We talk to every customer that walks in the door and we fill their order from one Pork Chop to a 50 Pound Mixed Bundle and wrap it the way they want it. We are located in Normal, IL.

We love people, have sharp knives (for the meat, of course!), and stock a huge selection of meats and deli items. If you have any questions, or just want to chat, please call us at 309-452-2222.
